A handling charge will be levied for goods incorrectly ordered if refused or returned to stock.
All deliveries must be signed for on the company's delivery note at time of receipt.
We reserve the right to levy a delivery surcharge on certain exceptional loads or distances.
The company reserves the right to improve, modify, delete or add products to the listed range without prior notice.
Prices may be subject to alteration. Please check with our sales office when ordering.
Shortages, breakages, damages or non-delivery must be notified on the goods delivery note or advised in writing within 3 days.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and are subject to addition in respect of any taxes or excise duties that may be imposed by government authorities.
All goods remain the property of the company (LP Hangers) until settlement of the invoices relating to deliveries.
